I have ILR and applying for British Citizen.

Question on application form:

"Applicant Name" proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
You must provide one of the following documents:
your passport showing you are able to remain permanently in the UK
other (for example, a letter from the Home Office, your BRP card or other proof of exemption from immigration control)

Could you please advise if this is the same as ILR (BRP) ?

Thanks

Your ILR BRP card is the proof of that.

I have submitted two referee details in my application and both are software engineers.
Not sure if this is acceptable or engineer comes under this list of 1st referee requirements.
Could you pls confirm?

"For an adult application, one referee should be a person of any nationality who has
professional standing, eg minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body e.g. accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application)"

Engineer on the list does not refer to a software engineer. It refers to civil, electrical or mechanical type engineers who have to be registered with a regulatory body.
