Urgent help pls - Naturalisation - Referee's details

Hi Team
I am applying for Naturalisation for me, wife and son. With regards to two referees, whether both the referees have to furnish all their personal details too? For ex: If one of the referee is a professional person, whether he / she has to furnish their personal details like: Address where they live, British passport number etc.
For my son, if the referee is going to be the dentist (or) a school teacher, whether they need to furnish their personal details like home address, email address, british passport number etc.
Your response will be highly helpful for me to proceed further.

Good Morning Team...
We have lived in London for 5 - 6 years, a month before we reached to Buckinghamshire. My son's previous school teachers have said that i need to get the referee letter only from the new school teachers. However, he is going to the current school for last 2 weeks. Whether I can get the referee letter from the new school teacher, however they do know him only for last 2 weeks.
Pls advice what I should do pls? The same is happening with the NHS too, NHS practice is advising me to get only from the new practice.
It seems i have hit with the blocker now

Help pls - No Referee signature available for Child application

Good Evening team, applying for naturalisation as a family. For my son (9 years old), cant get hold of any professional referee signature (Teacher / Doctor). In order to use the same referee's signature like Adult application, do I need to provide any pre-defined letter to Home Office explaining the situation for my son's case? If yes, is there any standard template pls? Thanks in advance for your response.. (professional referee's are hesitant to furnish their personal details like address, DoB etc)
Query on Naturalisation application - Child application form

Hi Team
As I am applying for naturalisation as a family via online, when I add my son as the additional applicant (who is 9 years old), one of the question is:
"Are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form?"
Whether to answer yes or no for this question pls? As I am applying via online (me, my wife and kid) residing in England

Not sure why you are in doubt about this?
You/wife are applying for naturalisation and adding your son for registration so YES seems to be the answer.

Thank you @alterhase58. The reason behind my doubt is just because I have added my child as the dependent (child under 18 years) and subsequently the above question came.
Many thanks for your advise and help as always.
One last question pls - for my son, cant get hold of teacher or doctor as professional referee (since the questions are related to their personal details like address, DoB etc) and hence whether I can show the adult's referee's for him as well? If yes, do I need to send any other documents / letter to Home Office explaining the situation? Is there any standard template pls?
Your advise will be highly helpful for me..

Yes you could use the adult referees if they know the child.
I believe it's advisable to add a letter explaining you are having issues getting the required referee. This issue arises regularly and UKVI are aware.
