Hi,
Hope you are doing well, I am gonna apply Naturalisation Next week, I got some Questions please answer,
1- I Got ILR last year but I Mentioned all refusals since 2008 but forgot to mentioned 2007 visa Refusal in the application? Can I mention in covering letter If Not can they refuse BC? Good Character?
2-Can they check Immigration history beyond 10 years?
3- My student visa was refused in feb 2012 and I asked to leave the country, Meanwhile I got PSW in August 2012. Is it seems Alright? Good Character?
4- My Tier 1 entrepreneur visa curtailed in 2017, I applied Judicial Review but Home office withdrew the curtailment, even they have paid reasonable cost as well. Good Character?

Yes, I think you should declare it. Else, they
may assert that you used deception, keep the fees and impose a 10-year ban.

i have checked my ILR (LR) application. I applied in June 2019 on 10 years long residency. There was no such question on Immigration history for me. Do you have the application form that you submitted? Did you write a cover letter with your visa's history on that? Did you apply on 10 years long residency?
I don't know if visa history questions are on a different ILR route?

Can my Uncle Secondary school teacher (Not Blood relationship) become a referee for my application, can friend be a 2nd referee?

I parked car on double yellow line in 2017 and got ticket and paid on time, Do I need to declare in my Naturalisation application too?

Naturalisation Employment History

Hi Members,
I am applying Naturalisation Next week, I got 10 years Employment history from HMRC, they just provided Employers Name & Years.
I Don’t remember job start and finish dates for 2 years (2011-2012).
Can they refused if I put wrong dates?

You can estimate the date to nearest month/year and attach a note to explain.
