First Child British Passport while one parent (mother) has ILR (Supporting Documents)

Dear members,

I just need some guidance if someone could help me, it would be really appreciated!

I am applying for first child passport for my daughter who was born after I received ILR. I just have a question about the supporting documents as it is not particularly clear.

I am going to include 1) child's UK birth certificate and 2) my own ILR BRP card as supporting documents. Now my question is if I as the parent need to send their non-British passport even though there is no ILR stamp in the passport (as now it a BRP card instead).

Many Thanks

Your passport is not required - BRP card is sufficient - if the child has a foreign passport that needs to be sent.

okay thanks. No the baby herself doesn't have any other passport so I don't have to worry about that.
