HO approved my ILR application this week on 10 years lawful residency.
I am married to a British Citizen since 2014. we have two British kids. Spent 160 days outside uk in 10 years.

1. Do i need to wait for 12 months for BC application?
2. I need to apply BC on the basis of last 3 years residency or 10 years?
3. Except 2x referree’s and complete spouse passport BC requirements are same as ILR?

I have another few questions.

1.In 2016 I attended speed awareness course. I have clean license and paid couple of times parking tickets on time in 10 years. I have no other criminal or conviction record.
do I need to declare these driving related minor fines?

2. i am applying for citizenship as British spouse. Do I need to declare 3 year good character record or 10 years?

3. Applied this month ILR super priority and approved. And I mentioned nothing about driving related because nothing was major. do I need to declare in this application?

You need to meet the 3 year absence and physical presence requirements and the 10 year good characer requirements.
