Good character period

Dear experts,

I have a question, I overstayed back in 2009 to 2011 and I was granted indefinite leave to remain in January 2013 for a application made April 2012.

I applied for citizenship in June 2019 and was rejected based on breach of immigration laws by overstaying during the period mentioned. I however misplaced the letter which stated when I will be eligible.

Am I eligible 10 years after the day I applied for which is April 2022 or 10 years after I received which is January 2023.

Please help I want to apply when it's correct.

Regards

10 years after the date your stay became legal, so the date you received it.
