Absence Limitation for 180 days ?

hi there,
I hope someone could clarify my question.
I am currently away from UK last 122 days , and planning to stay until 6th of JAN means i will be away 141 days from the UK after getting the ILR. (ILR approval date is 13.08.2021 and came to abroad on 15.08.2021 after awaiting 5-6months for ILR)
I know the 90 days rule , so I am planning to apply next NOV or DEC period once I'm in the 90 days limit.
My question is more relates the 450 days rule , currently I had 330 days absent in total as of today , but I know there is another rule which mentioned "180 days" in any 12 months rolling period when I had VISA extension or ILR application which seems not relevant for the Citizenship application.
Could someone please clarify if there is any restriction for 180 days for any 12 months rolling period also for the Citizenship application?
If not I will continue to enjoy my stay abroad another 3 weeks , then if any restriction there I shall back to UK by next week.
I am also trying to keep at least 90-100 days space to re-use another 3-4 weeks in the next summer.
Please also note we also have medical report where we received from the hospital for the treatment for my spouse , I guess we would be also show it when its necessary as we tried IVF 2 times and our doctor currently does not allow my spouse to travel back to UK.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
puKi
