I need your help, guys.

I have submitted my online application for British citizenship. Unfortunately, one of my referees is covid symptoms. So he couldn't able to sign my document. Is it possible to change the referee after submission of my online application? Please guide me in this difficult situation.

Have you already submitted/uploaded your supporting documents?

If not, you can provide a different referee BUT make sure that you include a covering letter explaining the reason for changing the referees details and uploaded/submit the covering letter along with your other documents.

Is your referee that unwell that can't even sign a letter?
