I have applied for first British passport after my naturalization ceremony on 16th Dec.I have provided them 2 friends 1, by 1 but every time they asked another person,  my understanding is they need some professional,  can my factory shift manager confirm my identity as a professional one, I shall be very grateful to you thanks

Thanks, this list says, director, manager or personnel officer of a VAT-registered company, so my understanding is that if someone job title has " manager " word he/ she should be ok to confirm identity.
