Hi,

Recently I applied for my naturalisation along with my child (11 years old) as one application. The following are some timelines related to my application.

Eligibility criteria: ILR + 1 Year (applied for Self and Child age 11 years)
Date of application: 20 November 2021
Payment method: (Online) 20 November 2021
Date Biometrics enrolled: 17 December 2021
Date on Approval /Email: 27 December 2021 - received only for the Child, and I am yet to receive

Not sure why I have received approval mail only for the child and I am yet to receive for myself. Am I going to get another email updating my status? Can someone please answer this query. Thank you for your help.

Generally applications for naturalisation and/or registration are processed as individual applications (may even be processed by different casworkers) - so the timeline may be different, which is not unusual.

Today I have received an update from the Home Office Atlas that my application has been approved.
