i applied for citizenship in Aug but recently find a consent form in my online login. does it need to be signed and post it back ?

I doubt that. at that time this consent form didn't exist!

I've submitted my application in September and didn't see any 'consent' form back then.

And I pretty much doubt anyone's gonna go back to check to see if any other forms added after they submitted their application.

This new consent form most probably is only applicable to the new applications.

Yes you are right it was not there, it came appeared on everyone's around 15 of December. in my online login it says it needs to be submitted till march 2022, i don't know we should sign and submit or it is for new one coz when we submitted application it was not a mandatory action but now it is mandatory action. any guru plz help us out

where do you see this form? where do you login?

you must have it as well, when you login back online where you submitted your application and paid fee and book appointment and download referee form you will find this new consent form that is recently appeared there in everybody's account

Yes, just saw it. I will personally ignore it. I sent my application on 9th September and this consent form wasn't there.

it clearly says, download and sign it and submit it with your other documents. My other documents have already been submitted so I can send it anymore. I assume this applies to so many others too.

If they need more details or need me to sign this new form, I'm sure they will contact me.
