Exceeded number of days allowed outside UK during last 5 years

Hi. I will be eligible to apply for my UK citizenship in January as I received my ILR January this year.
I had exceeded the 180 days requirement for my ILR. I went abroad for work for a few weeks but was unable to return to the UK due to Covid for a period of 6 Months (attached flight cancellations and cover letter explaining the absence due to serious or compelling reasons). Thankfully, my ILR application was approved. However, this resulted in me having spent 575 days outside UK during last 5 years.
Since receiving my ILR, I have spent 99 days outside the UK (Had to go overseas again due to Father's illness - have medical evidences and then flight cancellation again due to Covid).
I had two questions:
1. Would I need to attach and explain again the reason for 6 Months spent outside the UK resulting in exceeding the 450 days or can I just refer to my ILR application? Can we refer to our ILR application outcome at all?
2. Do I need to explain reason and attach evidence for 99 days spent outside the UK in last 12 months (in one trip) or since it is within 100, it would be normally disregarded anyways?
