Immigration History: How Far Back Are We Supposed To Go

Hi there, I'm applying for British Nationality. I have obtained ILR in 2014 as a dependant of a PBS Tier 1 High Skilled Migrant. I could have applied for nationality in 2015, however, it had been dragged for some other reasons (mainly finance). My question is: should I give my entire history of immigration in the application form? I arrived in the UK in 2003 as a visitor (first time) and have had a few other visits with different purposes. I arrived in the UK in June 2009 as a dependant of a Tier 1 High Skilled Migrant. So do I give immigration history from 2003 or would it be sufficient to give information from 2009?
