Naturalisation approved no invitation letter

Hi team,
I got a mail from Further Nationality email FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk that my application was approved on 21st Dec for British citizenship and Please do not contact your local authority until you receive a Citizenship Ceremony Invitation Letter confirming that your certificate has been despatched to the authority and that you should approach them to book a ceremony.
Ever since then I have received No communication from the Home office.
I checked with my Local Council and they say they've got nothing for me to date. And Home office is not replying to any one of the queries.Telling Covid as reason.
Is it normal to have that much delay? I understand there was a Xmas holiday period in between.
