Neutralisation Application

Hi,
I am completing one year of my ILR on 31st January 2022 and have few questions.
(1) Can i apply for my British Citizenship application from 1st February 2022?
(2) I want to travel for two weeks in April to my home country and wondering whether I would be ok to apply for citizenship when I return by end of April 2022?
(3) would like to know whether staying away for two weeks would affect my citizenship application?
(4) what documents required to apply for British citizenship?
