Citizenship granted but after a fee for ceremony

My daughter has received an email informing she got citizenship.
But she has to pay for a ceremony (£80) as she reached 18 during the process.
There is a payment slip attached. But no address, no instruction how and where to send it...
It warns that she has time until 28th of this month. And if she doesn't pay her application fails...
Any idea what to do, where to send it?

We have received the same message/email for our daughter. We have filled in card details along with our signature and returned the form as a PDF file attached with the same email as a reply. We had sent it yesterday and £80 is taken from the account today.

I received the same email today saying
"We aim to process all applications within 6 months from the date submitted. However, in certain circumstances this target is not possible. Following our assessment of your case, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 6 month target."
Is this email sent randomly to many applicants?
