What consent form do I need to sign?

Hi,

I'm filling my Naturalisation, and the consent forms (here the link: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... onsent.pdf). Apart from my information, I paid the fee for myself, will submit my spouse's passport, have reference letters signed by other 2 friends, that's all. So except the consent form 1 signed by me, do I have to sign, or ask anyone to sign the other 2 consents form? And if not, should I have to upload all 3 of them with the other two forms blank, or just one I signed? Thank you

Is this the consent form you need to submit with your naturalisation application?
Just wondering, Part 3 relates to "financial sponsorship" - there's no such requirement for naturalisation.

Yes, the form in the link in my OP is the consent forms. I find it weird, too, but I did it online and those 3 consent forms are those I got at the end after my submission and payment

I guess it's just one template used for different applications.
