As part of naturalisation does referees get email to fill details?
I have give 2 referee details in my application with their emails, but both didn't get any email after I submitted application.

Do I just need to ask my referees to sign this form after adding my photo? https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf

No, they do not! You are required to fill in all their details as asked in the online form, stick your photo(s) on and get them to sign. You then upload them with your supporting documents
