Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence?

Hi there,

I am applying for British Citizenship for my kid who was born in the UK in 2018.
I have recently got the ILR (27/01). My kid does not have an ILR. He is currently of Tier 2 dependent which will expire on 14/02/2022. He is applying for British Citizenship on this category:
You were born in the UK and one or both your parents are settled in the UK
While filling the application, it asks:
Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?
What shall I answer here?
My kid is relying on my permanent residence as an evidence of my settled status in the UK, however, I am not an EEA National! So shall I say No here?

Many thanks

You are not on EU Settled Status - so answer should be no - you are on UK ILR.

When asking the following question shown in the attached image, what shall I reply having in mind that I am the applicant's father (not the applicant himself neither a representative agent).

If you are filling the form on his behalf, then you are his representative. Nowhere does it say that a representative has to be a professional solicitor or someone hired to handle the application professionally. It's just whoever is filling the form.

One final question please.
In the attached consent form, I just need to sign Part 1 on behalf of my kid, right? I mean Part 2 & 3 are not relevant to this case, is not it?
