citizenship ceremony

Hi All
i was waiting for decision for citizenship application, Today i received email from local council for oath ceremony next week, date and time is also mentioned there but i have not received anything like approval from HO. on the letter it is mentioned to bring this email and approval of HO and photo ID but i have not received anything from HO. what should i do ?
