Still awaiting approval from May 2021

Good evening everyone, I am still awaiting Citizenship approval since I applied on 19th May 2021. I received an email on Nov 6th stating it may take longer due to Complex issues . I have no adverse History and all previous visas approved without issue..any advice please ? I have sent emails and involved MP but no response on either.
