Citizenship application-middle name not in Settled Status/ILR

I am applying for UK citizenship but im worried about my name on my documents.
In my passport, life in the uk test, and selt, my name is First name:Leo Middle name: De Leon surname: Alejandro.
But in my online settled status acount and BRP, my name is First name: Leo Surname: Alejandro.
It is because i do not usually use my middle name ever since i got to UK (i never used my middle name in my documents and bills). My Middle name is actually my mother's maiden name and it is called Middle name in the Philippines.
Is this going to be a problem?
