Have you made any previous UK immigrations applications in the UK or abroad?

I am ready for submit my British Citizenship application, I have one confusion here there is one of the question is "Have you made any previous UK immigrations applications in the UK or abroad?" plz any one explain its mean need to put all my previous visa history from the day 1st when i enter in the UK or something else

You should enter the details of all your visa applications you've made for the UK. Including tourist visa, previous work visas etc. Like the question says any previous UK visa needs to be mentioned.

I am ready for submit my British Citizenship application, I have one confusion here, in Document checklist there is one evidence they require " Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions" what kind of evidence i can submit
