6 penalty points and impact on Citizenship

Dear Senior members
Couple of days back, I was in the parking bay and my car was stationary for the last 5 to 10 minutes. My mobile phone was in my hand and car was still stationary. A person who was parked in front of me pulls out his car. I moved my car from one parking bay to next parking bay (2 meter distance) while mobile was in my hand. Police officer noticed that I was driving while using mobile phone in my hand. I told the officer, I am not driving at all, I just moved my car from one bay to the next parking bay. Anyways police gave me 6 penalty points and £200 fine and they said I was driving on the road. My point is I was not driving on the road. I was in parking bay. Police has given me option that I can contest this decision in court or accept fixed penalty.
My question is if I contest this decision in court and decision still comes against me. Will it impact my naturalisation application?
Or if I accept fixed penalty. Will it impact my naturalisation application.
Your option will be highly appreciated
Thanks

Hello,
Please read this to know if you were in the wrong or not.
Some time people just have a bad day and decide to take it on someone random.
It may as well just be bias towards you.
All the same you were holding you mobile phone with the engine running unless that wasn't the case. if the area you parked clearly signified the blue parking sign and you were SAFELY PARKED you have done nothing wrong.
