Naturalization after being granted Refugee status

Hello Learned members
We had been granted Refugee status and after 5 years got the ILR. We are now in process of applying for citizenship online.
Our Kenya passports have never been returned when we made application for Asylum (which was successful) and the passports, though expired, still remain with home office. We do have copy of the passports.Have few queries regarding the online application and would appreciate if members could shed some light on it.
- what documents should we produce for the section
Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen. (we do not have the original expired passport. Our travel document, the Convention Blue passport, too has expired)
-A letter of consent from child's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
What consent would that be and is there a form available for this. Is it for biometrics or is it for the child's application (she is born in UK) to processed even if the parents application is not successful??
I know I will have more queries as we go along and in the meantime would appreciate your guidance on the above.
Thanks
Shabib
