Referee's details mismatch - Child MN1 Naturalisation Form

Hello,
Posting on behalf of my friend. We completed filling the MN1 application form for his child (for Registration of British Citizen).
During the Reference check screen, we gave details of 1) IT Professional and 2) Friend. The details include Referees passport number, address etc.
However, after completing the form, submitting the application and paying the fee, we then were asked to print-out the Reference forms again and the notes say in case of a child, 1 of the referee should be a teacher or anyone who has known the child in a professional capacity.
This is no problem, we can get his Headteacher's details or Mosque Head, the question is ***the details we have filled out when completing the application form has different details i.e. IT professional*** - and not Headteacher or Mosque Imaam.
Please advise what should be done about it as we cannot access the form now to amend the Reference details page.
