Travelling with British Citizenship Certificate

Hi,
I just received an approval of citizenship. The earliest ceremony is next month and I already have scheduled holidays to Europe. I have my non-UK passport and schengen visa to travel Europe. So ,for destination travel i dont have any problem.

My question will be about return to UK.
My non-UK passport doesn't have entry permission to UK. I read that after the ceremony, my Indefinite remain card will be invalidated.
I'm wondering if I can return/enter to UK with my non-UK passport and showing Citizenship certificate ?

Thanks

Does your nonEU passport allows visa-free travel to UK?
They should let you go past the border as you're a British citizen, but you need to get there first and airline will most likely not be happy with your naturalization certificate as a travel document.

No. Not because you will be refused by the Border Force, but because you will likely not be allowed to board the flight back to the UK by the airline.

The airline will expect either a passport that allows one to enter the UK or a visa or BRP. A citizenship certificate is not a travel document and hence will not be recognised by the airline.

If you try to reenter the UK via Eurostar from Paris or Brussels that will be allowed, as you will be alowed through by the UK Border Force staff at those stations.
