Earliest date I can apply for Citizenship

Hi,
I got my ILR (after 5 years of Tier 2 visa) on the 9th of March 2021. The issue date on my ILR card is 09/03/2021.
Can I apply as early as 9th March 2022? Or can I only apply on the 10th of March?
I am aware that I need to be in the country 5 years from the 9th of March, and on 09/03/2017 I was in the UK, so with that rule I should be allowed to apply.
