Proof of living in the UK for 5 years

Hi All

I am wondering what should I use as proof of following:
"Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen."

I am applying in my own right. When I applied for ILR, I had a letter from my then employer to confirm my absences from the UK. I was and still am well below all the threshold. That is not on the check list for naturalisation and I guess I don't need it?

my passport pages only show stamps of my entry to the UK not the exits. Do I need to include bank statements or utility bills, etc?

my second question is that family consent form is on my checklist but there is no item on my checklist about financial sponsorship or anything that bank statement (I am employed if that helps). I am wondering why family consent form is needed. Am I missing something?

Thank You
