Naturalisation for Daughter few questions

Hi all,

I am assisting my daughter with her Naturalisation Application who did 5yrs Tier 2 and has all but completed 1yr ILR. She has a UK Degree.

Please could I confirm a few questions:-

1) “Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?” - Yes
2) “Do you have a degree that was taught in English?” - Yes
3) “Country your degree was taught in” (UK)

My daughter has a UK Degree with which she meets the requirements so should I be answering “Yes” to both 1) and 2) above?

For "Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen."
– Passports covering her entrance to the UK (on an initial Student Visa) through to current? AND scan all pages including blanks?

For “Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions: required for all applicants”
– Home Office Email by which she was given permission to remain permanently in the UK? Along with her ILR BRP?

Thank you, appreciated for the help.

Gary

Clearly "Yes".

For "Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen."
– Passports covering her entrance to the UK (on an initial Student Visa) through to current? AND scan all pages including blanks?
Correct - Passport(s) covering the residency period- not sure about blank pages0

For “Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions: required for all applicants”
– Home Office Email by which she was given permission to remain permanently in the UK? Along with her ILR BRP?
Either will be accepted - but you can scan both.

Thank you, appreciated for the help.

Thank you alterhase, aporeciated for your confirmation,my daughter and I had both researched differently. To be on the safe side will scan blank pages and save all at low resolution.

However if you choose to scan all, no downside.
