Naturalisation application for wife of British citizen

Hello
I am preparing a naturalisation application for my wife. I have already been naturalised in 2020:
1) I have heard someone saying that for her to qualify for not having to wait 12 month after ILR and for only 3 years of residence, her husband (me) should be a ‘true’ British citizen (e.g. born in the UK) not obtained citizenship by naturalisation. Is this true??
2) In addition to marriage certificate, do we have to provide evidence marriage is genuine and subsistent such as joint bank accounts, joint bills, and family photos ...
Thank you
