Hello,

I received the invitation to the ceremony email on Monday 21st March.

The email said that to wait 1 business day before calling the council. The council has not received the documentation yet.

How long does it typically take and how do I reach out to HO in case the documentation is not received by next week?

It can take a couple of weeks. UKVI send the certs out in batches roughly once a week.

You cannot 'chase' them to send it or speed it up.

Simply keep in touch with the Council to check.

But the email also mentioned that I must book the ceremony in 3 months of the invitation.

So hopefully the council will receive it by then
