I saw there're some people attending the virtual ceremony via Zoom, and would like to know if it's an option for all or it depends on the council? Any one in Scotland has done this via Zoom?

Depending on the council and this was during the pandemic. Not sure if this is still the case as regular in-person ceremonies have started [ I attended one last month].
