Citizenship for UK Born Child before parent got ILR

Hi All
I need advice on my son's naturalisation eligibility.
He was born in the UK and went to India with an Indian passport later father got ILR, Mother is dependent on his father. Now is my son eligible for Naturalisation?

Yes. As you have ILR now, believe you can apply for the kid's MN1.
