You said your passport is expired so answered the question already: No.
Referee declarations can be printed out when you have submitted your application.
Or refer to this link:
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf
Print out, fill in your details, attach your photo, ask referees to fill in and sign one copy each, you upload this with your other documents.

Hi,
I am preparing to apply for Naturalization. I have a query regarding "Your Identity Document".
I have four options
1. Valid Passport
2. Travel Document
3. Nationality Identity Card
4. None
My passport is expired, I can't use the option 1. Valid passport
What is Travel Document, Is it our BRP Card?
I appreciate of any help.
Many thanks in advance.

I don't think travel document is BRP, it'd be more of a document for a refugee to identify themselves who don't have access to their passports.

Select "none" as you don't have a valid current passport - there should be a supplementary question after that as to what you are submitting, ie. your expired passport. You will need to submit other documents for the period the passport doesn't cover, i.e. 3 months, such as a P60, Payslips or council tax bill.

Thanks. If I Choose None I getting the below information
Explain why you cannot provide a valid passport, travel document or nationality identity card. You will need to provide alternative evidence of your identity and nationality with your application.
We will only accept alternative evidence of your identity and nationality if you can show that you are not able to submit a valid passport, travel document or national identity card due to circumstances beyond your control.
A free text to input the reasons
Please help me with what information I need to provide here

You need to explain why you couldn't renew your passport - I believe many embassies and consulates have long waiting times to renew passports so you have to state the facts around this. And for the period since the passport expired you need to provide alternative residency documents, such as P60, payslips or council tax bills.

Thanks for all the informations. It was really helpful
I found a work around, you are able to provide expiry passport details if you are a first applicant.
For additional applicant age over 18+, they are not asking expired passport details.
Its really weird why they are not asking expired passport details for additional applicant

British Citizenship - New application clarification

Hi,
I am preparing for my British Citizenship application. The application is asking for parents date of birth.
I can't remember my parents date of birth. They passed away couple of years ago.
Apologies, No one in family know their date of birth.
In my Entry clearance form, I think I have filled my parents date of birth.
Can I fill now with best guess option based on their voter ID?
Thanks,
Sathya

You just scan/submit your passport(s) covering the five years residency period - no bills required.

You get a checklist of what is required when you submit your application but it's normally:
- Passport(s)
- BRP
- English proof
- LITUK proof
- two referee declarations
