Wrong naturalisation copy sent

I recently paid £250 and applied for a copy of my naturalisation certificate that I received as a child 30 years ago. The UKVI sent me a copy of my father's naturalisation certificate instead of my own 
. Since then I have called the helpline, sent a "Correct mistakes on a certificate" form in the post and and sent emails to citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk. I have not received any kind of response for close to a month now

I need this naturalisation certificate urgently for a visa application to another country but don't know what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated.
