Hi All,
I hold British citizenship just last March 2021. My wife and my son are already eligible to apply for ILR since October 2021 (5 years)and their visa(Tier 2-dependent) will be expired in October 2022.
My question is if my wife applies now for ILR and gets approved can I apply for my son (7 years old-bor outside the UK) directly for citizenship as we are both parents already a class as settled.

They expect child to have ILR too.

In 2020 you asked this question and are already given advice. Nothing has changed. You also posted in 2020 that your spouse already got ilr??
