Home Office Email Not Received

Hi All,
I have been contacted by the Citizenship Ceremony team advising that they have received my certificate and would like to invite me to take part in the citizenship ceremony.
In order to do this, I will need to use the reference number provided by the home office via email to book in a date with them, however, this email is nowhere to be found. After a lot of back and fourth on the phone I was given an email address (furthernationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk) to contact.
I have emailed them and received and automated message advising that their response time is 20 DAYS, almost a month! and I do not have this time as my deadline to do the ceremony is in 14 days. All I need is for them to re-send the original email.
Is anyone able to provide any guidance? any help would be much appreciated!
