Hi

I am British Citizen.
My Wife and two sons are waiting for ILR SET(M) on long residence basis.

The question is:
After receiving ILR, can my wife and both sons apply for Naturalization straightaway without waiting for 12 months?

Yes, provided your wife meets all the 3 year requirements.
ILR SET(M) on long residence basis.
Set M is not long residence ILR.

Thanks for reply.

Sorry, its SET(LR).

My Wife is on Spouse Visa in extended time period i.e. 2.5 years + 10 months
Two sons on dependent visa with similar duration.

Before it they were PBS dependents.

I applied for all three in 3 x different SET(LR) applications.

Will my both sons would also qualify for Naturalization straightaway without waiting for 12 months?

Yes, they call all apply if children under 18 can apply. If a child is over 18,they have to wait 12 months in ILR first.
