Passport application: HMPO has not received the original foreign passport

Hi All,
One of my kid's passport application timeline:
Documents received 10:14am on 4 May 2022
Application received 4:57pm on 25 April 2022
Identity details received 4:57pm on 25 April 2022
Email sent to person confirming your identity 3:35pm on 25 April 2022
Ask someone to confirm your identity 2:55pm on 25 April 2022
Application submitted 2:55pm on 25 April 2022
I did send supporting documents (Naturalisation Certificate and Original foreign passport) on 26 April and document was delivered on 28 Arpil with signature and application status updated to 'Documents received'.
Today I got an email from HMPO to let me know they have not received the original passport and asked me to send it.
How I deal with my case like this? which contact I need to call to ask HMPO to check the documents again as I did send original passport on 26 April?

Takes then few weeks to acknowledge the document reception. Do check the passport timelines thread.

On the timeline, the documents were received at 4 May. However, I got the email from HMPO to ask to send the passport (identity document), which I did sent together with Naturalisation Certificate, that's really confusing and worried for me.

On the timeline, the documents were received at 4 May. However, I got the email from HMPO to ask to send the passport (identity document), which I did sent together with Naturalisation Certificate, that's really confusing and worried for me.
I meant here :

There is a 2-3 week delay between them receiving the docs and confirming. In the interim, they keep sending these system generated reminder emails.

HMPO did update status to Document received at 4 May as below:

But I still get the email/text from HMPO to ask me to send the passport again, that's so confusing and worrying for me as I am not sure my suppoting document get lost or not
