British Passport 22****Advise Needed**

I hope you all doing well, I need advise, I have medical condition and need immediate surgery in Turkey, I did send my Doctor documents/Medical Evidence to HM Passport office as well on the 12 May 2022.
I need advise how long the process of passport will take.
