Country of Nationality?? Life in the uk test registration step 2 of 6

Hi need urgent help trying to book life in the UK test but the registration process is a bit confusing. It has a question Country of nationality explanation says This is the country where you hold your current passport. So I stayed as a refugee in the UK (so I'm from another country and I hold that country passport, yes) and I want to apply for British Citizenship. However, when I choose from the drop down menu there are not only list of countries but also options like Refugee - Article 1 of the 1951 Convention and Refugee - other. Do I just ignore those 'REFUGEE' options from drop down menu? Can somebody explain please???
