Good evening,
I have three questions:
- Naturalised UK citizens need to submit their certificate of naturalisation and their foreign passport(s) when applying for their first UK passport.
Do they need to provide their foreign passport(s) when applying for renewal of their UK passport as well, assuming they still hold dual or multiple citizenship, OR only their current (or already expired) UK passport?
- if one applies for 1 week fast track option to renew their UK passport, how do they receive their supporting documents back? Do they get delivered or is it possible to collect them? If one holds dual/multiple citizenship and needs to show their foreign passport(s), I was wondering if there is a way not to have the documents sent but collected when using the fast track application option.
- do you think it is possible to go to the 1 week fast track appointment with the foreign passport(s) and the photocopies of each of the page, show the passport so that the HMPO officer can check the photocopies, and take the passport back, and leave only the photocopies at the passport office?
Many thanks
