Stansard passport to Emergency Passport upgrade

Hi All,
I have applied for First british Adult passport on 25 May 2022. Still waiting for the outcome, when I checked the status, they have asked again to verify the Identity details second time which I have done on 25 June 2022.
But unfortunately my father has passed away on 25 June 2022 and so I would need to travel urgently to India under compassionate reasons.
Any process is there for upgrade to emergency passport from standard?
Any email I'd would be there so I write to them?
Contact centre is not much helpful.
