I got ILR through Tier 1 and became a British citizen.
My wife has completed 5 years on PBS dependant and applied for ILR already.

Q-1 Can my wife apply for naturalisation immediately after getting her ILR or wait for 12 months ?

Q2-Some people say wife can only apply straight away for naturalisation if she comes through Family Member (Appendix FM) route. Because she’s getting her ILR through PBS dependant, she has to wait for 12 months for naturalisation.

Yes immediately - once she has gained ILR (application still in progress?).

Not correct - where does this information come from? The route to ILR is not relevant for naturalisation.
