Passport Center different on application and tracking

Hi
Our family of 3 applied for first UK passport. Mine and my daughters application went to Peterborough and my wife's application went to Bootle.
However documents for my daughter and myself were received on 28th June by Peterborough but they haven't updated the status as documents received.
When I dropped HMPO email they came back and said they have received our application at Durham office.
So it seems we were asked to sent documents to Peterborough and application is being tracked at Durham office.

Where it goes and how it goes shouldn't really bother you. The most important is that you get your passport printed and sent to you.
The passport offices are currently swamped with passport applications, HMPO might be moving things around.

Our applications have been waiting at Peterborough for send documents status for last 1 month. Even though we have already sent them a month before.
Any way to get in touch with Peterborough office?

Did you use a tracking service to send you documents? If you did, then that's all you need to verify with.
This is the final lap. Worrying everyday would do you no good.
Everything is currently very slow and taking time.

Yes, we used a tracking service and have proof that the documents were delivered to them.
So as you suggest we just to need to wait then?
However my worry is that on passport timeline thread people who have submitted after us have got confirmation that their documents have been received.
