Hello All,
I am separated not divorced from a British national,I have mentioned separate status in the application,I qualify for 5 years route, and hold ILR for over 3 years now.I need help at two places on the application.
1) Previous application to immigration Section- Do I need to provide info on only the 'ILR application' or all of the previous spouse visa applications?

2) previous marriage Section- Do I need to put my partner's info? I have never been married before and have a child together British national. or here I mention 'NO' I do not understand privious marriage means prior to the current one or it means current marriage?

In nutshell-If I am applying in my own rights for residency of 5 years and I am separated -do I still need to provide info about my partner?
Thank you very much in advance and moreover, grateful to all of those who responds and reply to other related posts that helped me complete my form correctly.

Yes all - that's what "any" means - not just ILR.

2) previous marriage Section- Do I need to put my partner's info? I have never been married before and have a child together British national. or here I mention 'NO' I do not understand privious marriage means prior to the current one or it means current marriage?
You are married now, legally, right? If you weren't married before then NO would be the answer.

In nutshell-If I am applying in my own rights for residency of 5 years and I am separated -do I still need to provide info about my partner?
You are expected to answer all questions, irrespective of how you might interpret them. Answer giving the information you got and if something is not known, indicate so.
