Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

Hi,
I am filling out naturalisation form after my ILR as spouse with BC husband been accepted.
I am confused on this question:
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?
Do I need to mention all the previous visa application I made under spouse FLRM and extension and then ILR last month??

Yes, all visas/ILR you have applied for in the past, as the questions asks.

Also, one more thing will the refree receive the declaration on their email or do I print and scan the document once I get it back from them (signed).
Also I entered on 5 aug 2017 and I already got my ILR on 21 july 2022 can I now apply for BC as its not within 5 years but I am spouse of BC?

Scan it and attach them to the documents uploaded.

You could have applied on the same day you got your ILR. Make sure you were in the UK exactly 3 years ago on the day.

Do I also need to scan every page of passport to prove my residence requirements?
Yes I am aware about 3 year rule on spouse visa (FLR M).

Yes, preferably every page of your passport. Stamped or not. Same thing for your spouse British Passport.
