Hi Everyone,
I will be entitled to apply for ILR in April 2023 ( through Tier 2 skilled worker route) . My wife and 4 kids will be entitled for ILR in August 2024 .
After i will get my ILR i will wait till my wife gets hers then can i apply to the citizenship and add 2 of my children who will be still under 18 at that point to my citizenship application without applying for ILR for both of them . This will save the ILR fees for 2 and will save time . Is this applicable ? and so i need a solicitor to apply for me or should be straightforward one ??

Regards

Where were the children born, abroad or in the uk?

How old are the children?

Thanks for the reply CR001 . The reason i asked because i have a friend who exactly did the same for his under 18 children and add them to his Citizenship application without passing them through the ILR stage . But to be honest he used a solicitor for this and i wanted to know if any one hears about that before .
