I am filling the online British Citizenship application for self, spouse and my child. All three of us have ILR and are currently non-EU citizens.
In the online form, in child's section, one of the starting question is that have you had settlement/settled-status in the UK? Just want to confirm that answer to this question will be yes in my case. I'm getting confused a bit with the term settled status as its being used mainly for EU settlement scheme in the guidance form.

I want to apply for BC as early as possible. My ILR was granted on 01Nov21 and assuming I meet all other conditions, when I can submit the online application get the appointment date? I know it is 12 months criteria but technically can you apply few weeks/months early?

No you cannot. There is no "28 day early" concession for citizenship. You MUST wait the full 12 months before you apply online.

As advised, you don't qualify yet to apply if you only got ILR in November 2021.

You can apply on 1st November 2022, provided you were physically present in the UK on 2nd November 2017 (start of the five year period immediately preceding the date of application).

And provided your physical presence in the UK on 2nd November 2022 was for the full 24 hours of that day (e.g. you did not travel in and out of the UK that day).
